We pride ourselves on being an inclusive employer. Our staff are from different backgrounds and are spread across the globe. We’re also a super friendly bunch that likes nothing more than getting together for a drink on a Friday afternoon. Adding to this mix, we operate a flat hierarchy within the company. Since starting a few years ago, the CasinoCrawlers team has grown slowly but surely. Are You the Right Candidate?
That’s enough about us. Let’s talk about you! Are you a talented writer/editor? Or do you have extensive online casino experience to aid us in ensuring 100% accuracy on our gambling guides and fact-checking our casino reviews? We have very high editorial standards, which we suggest you check out before applying so we’re on the same page from the get-go. And while we have trained some excellent writers with no previous casino experience in the past, we far prefer those who have worked in the industry before.
Typically, our staff have content writing and/or journalism experience of at least a few years. And if you have previously worked for an online casino or a casino affiliate, that’s music to our ears. And while we have team members who primarily work on the backend of our websites, we’re more interested in improving our casino reviews, expert guides and news stories.

As well as everything covered above, here are the main attributes we look for in potential candidates. All applicants need to demonstrate being able to:

- Perform competitor research and content-gap analysis
- Have a minimum of 3-5 years experience within iGaming

Are the roles based in New Zealand or can I work remotely?
We have a good mix of both. Some people work from the New Zealand office, while others are based overseas. We find that this helps to hire the very best people in the world and ensures diversity, too.

We have hired people on a part-time basis in the past. However, we prefer to hire full-time staff when given the option. As with all these things, it very much depends on the person and the role.

By all means. Some of our employees work from home on a permanent basis, so it's more than possible. Plus, there's the opportunity to attend our Summer and Christmas parties. See you there!
